We offer

• permitting design - this includes only those plans needed to get a building permit. It is our most basic plan.

• construction drawings - this includes permitting design and construction details. This would be the plans needed to construct the structure. this includes all dimensions, schedules and details for the project.

• interior design - this includes a set of construction drawings with details of all suggested color schemes, furniture and ambience. these drawings would include manufacturer, item number and average cost of each item.
